Revenhome's core market is usually centered on private villas or detached houses, but we are also open to evaluating apartments or shared-service resort complexes such as B&B residences & farmhouses; A core factor is location, number of rooms, outdoor spaces -if with a pool- and the ratio of number of rooms/bathrooms.

This is a flat rate offer, cumulative and guaranteed for several months of exclusivity, usually seasonal, within the year and in favor of the owner. The offer is conceived in pre-opening of sales; Revenhome therefore takes the total risk while the owner - whatever happens - will have his guaranteed amount. This contract, due to its characteristics, provides for the transfer of the availability of the property exclusively to RevenHome who will undertake to distribute it in turn to third party B2B and B2C customers.

You must request information from the state office in charge of the relevant municipality where the property is located. Usually, depending on the various administrations, documentation is requested and if approved, a license code is issued.

Given that each contract is subjective and its characteristics depend on the negotiation made with the owner: Usually, also given our investment in guaranteeing a cumulative sum to the owner, a minimum of 2 years is required.

Unless otherwise agreed, which further personalize the offer to the owner, it is the owner or someone on his behalf who will have to take care of the management of the customers on site such as check in/out, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, cleaning, and reception like a real hotelier and who will also be able to benefit from extra earnings that the tourist will pay once arrived. We try to meet the owner's requests and needs while respecting the nature of the operation. We usually spread the total in favor of the owner in 7 installments (from April to October) or in 12 installments (from January to December).

Sure, it is a modality that we define as “production” and also the most common modality for those who manage properties. The owner receives a commission for each confirmed rental, if with our exclusivity in the amount of 60% or 70% of the value of the reservations.

Hosting, we recommend for your protection and that of your guests that you have insurance that covers personal injury or property damage. Know that all guests staying at your property will be covered for property damage, caused by them, with coverage up to €6,000.

Certainly yes, our contract also provides for the possibility of selling the property during the contract; In the event of a sale during the contract, we will re-protect any reservations in other properties in our program and we will compensate for the missed possibility of renting compared to the investment made.

RevenHome does not compete with real estate agencies, it does not promote the sale of properties! but it can partner with real estate agencies to offer a guaranteed income to the owner while waiting for the sale. The agency receives a commission for each year of empty-for-full contract.

Simple! while adhering to contractual agreements (empty per full, guaranteed minimum or by production) we will insert an addendum governing who and how will manage tourists and property. Sure, production includes giving you ongoing and continuous consultancy, taking care of positioning your property on the main tourist rental channels on your behalf, defining prices, photos, conditions...
